Ordering at Tolley's Nurseries

At Tolley's Nurseries we have tried to make your purchasing experience with us as simple as possible and ask that if you have any problems with the ordering process to please contact us. All prices on this site are in Australian dollars.

SECURITY
Tolley's Nurseries knows the importance of being able to shop securely on-line so we have taken steps to make sure that our customers information is secure.

All information you send to us is sent to a Secure Server. This process makes it extremely difficult for anyone to access or decode the information. You can tell when you're in a secure environment because the URL to the left of the colon changes from "http" to "https" and a closed lock or complete key is seen down on the bottom right hand side of your screen. These will appear when you go to the pages that require you to fill out your name and address details and your credit card details.

The information you provide us will remain confidential and will only be used for postage and billing purposes. You details will not be distributed or sold to anyone.

ORDERING

There are three ways of ordering with us.

1. Secure on-line purchasing. Bankcard, VISA and Mastercard are accepted.

2. Faxing. While shopping at our website is safe and secure, we realise that some may prefer to order and submit their credit card details via fax. Simply choose your products through the shopping cart and choose 'Fax' from the payment options. Proceed through the checkout and print out the last 'Thank you' page with the details. Please write your credit card details on the printed sheet before faxing to us.

If you supply an email address with your order you will receive an acknowledgement of your order via email. Your order will be attended to promptly. We will advise if there are any delays.

POSTAGE
Where possible postage charges throughout Australia have been included in the price. If you are ordering products which don't include postage/freight charges you will be notified of the appropriate charge shortly after we have received your order. Once your approval is given the order will be finalised and your credit card will be charged.

CITRUS SEED

Conditions of Supply of Citrus Seed:
Tolley's Nurseries Pty. Ltd. does not guarantee that the citrus seeds are true to type or free of pests or diseases. In respect of the rootstock seed supplied, all conditions and warranties of fitness for any purpose and of merchantable quality whether express or implied and any liability for tort including negligence are specifically excluded, and any liability is limited to the cost of replacement of the seed supplied.
