SEED EXPORT TO INTERNATIONAL CLIENTS
Please note: Southern Hemisphere seed fruit season commences late March with Trifoliata & Flying Dragon progressing through ripening of seed fruits, to finish extraction early October with Cleopatra Mandarin.
Export Seed for despatch to international clients is inspected by Australian Quarantine Inspection Services (AQIS). Treatment required under the Import Permit is certified with an official phytosanitary AQIS certificate. Tolleys Nurseries also provide a Statutory Declaration of seed treatment.
International seed despatch procedures:
On receipt of your seed order a
pro-forma invoice is first issued by our office covering cost of seed, Renmark despatch to DHL airfreight transfer, insurance of goods as required, AQIS inspection charges, & documentation fees.
A formal invoice is issued on receipt of client confirmation of acceptance. Prepayment of this invoice prior to seed despatch is required, together with supply of a clear copy of the Import Certificate of the client country showing English translation of requested treatments.
Insurance of goods through DHL may be requested by the client at placement of the seed order and quoted cost will be added to pro-forma invoice.
Despatch: We use DHL International Air Freight for our export shipments.Seed is packed in a Mini-Jumbo box or Jumbo box, which provides a competitive freight rate. The DHL Air waybill number ensures client advice on tracking shipments, and of arrival at airport of destination.
